Refund & cancellation at a glance

Within 24 hours of booking, your reservation is refundable. After 24 hours it is completely non-refundable. Please note: if travel is within 7 days, the booking is completely non-refundable. These reservations and transactions are non-refundable and non-cancellable. No credit can be issued on this reservation before or after travel. Changes can be made with a fare difference plus penalty.

Cancellation rules

  • Booking is refundable within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, reservations are completely non-refundable.
  • If travel is within 7 days, the booking is non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
  • No credit can be issued on this reservation before or after travel.

Changes & modifications

  • Itinerary changes can be made with applicable fare difference and a penalty fee.
  • Notify us at least 24 hours before the departure of any flight segment to make changes.
  • Advance notification is required to avoid forfeiting the value of your reservation.
  • Some changes may not be possible based on airline policy.

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. You can text us at 888-849-9208 or WhatsApp directly at 888-849-9208 with “Hello”. If you cannot make your flight, text or WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before the departure of any flight segment to make any changes. Advance notification is required to avoid forfeiting the value of your reservation.
